Live Poker Variants and Studios Inside Our Lobby

ftt77 carries live poker titles from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, two studios known for high-definition streams and trained professional dealers. You will find Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em at separate tables, each with its own bet range so you can pick the stakes that match your session. The stream runs at a consistent frame rate across both browser

and mobile — switching from your laptop to your phone does not reset the session or disconnect your hand. Table chat is live, and each round uses physical cards shuffled on camera, so every deal is visible from cut to river.

HELP DURING PLAY

Account and Table Support While You Play Live Poker

Technical questions mid-session happen. Our support paths are there specifically so a dropped stream or an unclear hand result does not end your night. Reach us through live chat, email, or your account message centre — each channel connects to agents who understand live poker table issues, not just general account queries.

Live Chat Connect directly through the chat icon on any live poker table page. Agents can review your session history and resolve stream or bet issues without you leaving the table.
Account Message Centre Log a detailed issue from inside your account wallet area. Attach a screenshot of the hand or round in question and our team will respond with a transaction-level review.
Email Support For post-session disputes or hand-history requests, email gives you a written record. Include your account ID and the table name so we can pull the correct round footage.
HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Studio Integrity in Our Live Poker Rooms

Every live poker table in our lobby is operated directly by the studio provider — Evolution or Pragmatic Play — meaning the shuffle, deal and payout logic sits with the same teams who run certified live casino operations worldwide. We do not modify the game engine or house edge on our end; what the studio certifies is what you play. Session logs are stored against your account so any disputed hand can be reviewed using the actual recorded footage.

Studio-Certified Deals

Evolution and Pragmatic Play handle every shuffle and deal on camera. No hand is processed off-stream, and each round timestamp is saved to your account session history for audit purposes.

Recorded Round Footage

Every live poker round you play is recorded at the studio side. If a payout looks wrong, our support team can request the exact footage reference and match it against your account transaction log.

Consistent House Edge

The house edge on Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em is set by the studio and published in each game's paytable. We do not apply extra margins above what the provider discloses.

Account Verification Process

Before your first live poker withdrawal clears, our team checks your account identity documents. This step protects your winnings and keeps the table environment fair for all active accounts.

Live Poker Glossary — Key Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer poker or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit down? These plain-language definitions cover the concepts that come up most often at our tables.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand; the stronger hand wins the round.

What does 'ante bet' mean in live poker?

The mandatory opening wager placed before any cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, the ante is your entry stake for each hand.

What is a 'fold' in live dealer poker?

Choosing to surrender your hand and forfeit your ante bet rather than continue. You fold when your cards give you low odds of beating the dealer's visible cards.

What does 'call bet' mean at a live poker table?

Matching the dealer's required wager to see the remaining community cards. A call bet is typically twice the ante and keeps you in the hand through to showdown.

What is Three Card Poker?

A fast-format live poker game where both you and the dealer receive three cards. Pairs, flushes and straights rank differently from standard five-card poker — the paytable explains each payout.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional wager placed alongside your main hand, usually paying out on specific card combinations like a pair plus or a flush. Side bets carry their own independent odds and paytable.

Open your account, navigate to the live casino section and filter for poker variants. Select your preferred table, choose your stake level, and place your ante bet to join the next deal — the dealer will confirm your seat.

If your connection drops mid-hand, the studio records the round outcome. Reconnect through the same table and your account history will show the settled result. Contact live chat if the hand result is missing from your transaction log.

Yes. Evolution and Pragmatic Play employ trained dealers who manage the physical cards and game flow on camera. Dealer conduct follows the studio's own service standards, which are part of their certification process.
